Outpatient Mental Health

Outpatient mental health therapy is the least restrictive level of mental health services. At CCC, outpatient therapy is often the entry level of treatment and includes assessment, goal setting, individual and group therapies. Utilizing proven evidence-based therapies, our therapists are trained in a variety of general and specialized services. Some of these include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Therapy. Couples and structural family are also available.
Often mental health treatment requires psychotropic medication in order to achieve maximum benefit. In most cases, a combination of therapy and medication management is recommended as best practice. Our psychiatrists are available to provide these services as needed. Through our wide continuum of agency programs we can provide the most effective treatment to promote recovery. It is our belief that all individuals can recover and lead healthy and fulfilling lives and become productive members of their own community.

Family Based

This program is designed to provide mental health services to children and adolescents birth through 21 years of age. Its purpose is to prevent psychiatric hospitalization or out of home placement for the child who is at risk and in need of an intensive level of service. The primary goal of Family-Based services is to enable parents to care for their children at home. The program seeks to strengthen the family unit, improve coping skills, teach family members to care for the child and serve as an advocate. Family Based is a voluntary service to the family and requires the agreement of the parent or guardian. The Family-Based program has four clinicians trained in Trama Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT).
Services are delivered in the home by a team of trained mental health professionals who work in partnership with the parents of the child.
The team will work with all family members and other service providers to identify needs and to establish recovery goals.
Family-Based services take place in the home setting. Please contact our main office for additional information.

Outpatient Addiction Services

Chemical and process addictions are a rapidly growing concern in our society. Using proven evidence-based therapies, CCC provides outpatient services for addicted individuals who meet criteria for an outpatient treatment setting. Services can range from individual sessions weekly to Intensive Outpatient services three times per week, for several hours depending on the severity of the addiction.
Treatment goals are tailored to meet the individual’s needs based on the biopsychosocial assessment in collaboration with the person. Typically, the therapeutic treatments used include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and 12-step facilitation. Treatment is provided in individual, group and family modalities.
Additionally, addictions are often accompanied by mental health issues. If needed, referrals to the psychiatrist for psychotropic medication management can be made.
Lastly, CCC also has a Suboxone Treatment (counseling only) Program for the treatment of Opioid addiction.
